Fall Update

Over the late summer and fall months, the LCHope Building Team gathered with two reputable general contractors for building churches in the Denver area to receive conceptual numbers on the conceptual drawings. Both sets of numbers came in around $13 million for both hard and soft construction costs, compelling the Building Team to pause and reflect on their work. As of late fall, other concepts and other initial concepts put aside are being re-evaluated for refined potential.
