Reaching Out Tenet
affordable housing
Through Flatirons Habitat for Humanity, volunteers help build homes for families in need. No prior construction experience needed.
LCHope is also involved in our housing project to serve emancipated youth, called Anchor House.
John Bosio is in charge of all affordable housing initiatives.
community donations
LCHope provides significant, ongoing donations for local organizations that benefit homeless men, women and children in the community. Donations include food, clothing, shoes, toiletries, school supplies, and toys. Just look for the big yellow bin in the narthex to give. We also offer special donations throughout the year, including Santa Sacks for local children and the Mitten Tree for the homeless through A Precious Child, and Count Your Blessings Thanksgiving food collection for North Denver Cares Food Pantry.
Our Reaching Out tenet leader knows about all the donations drives.
community service
Church members and friends provide service to the wider Broomfield community in various ways every month. Service opportunities include everything from preparing and serving meals to the homeless, to singing carols at local nursing homes, and helping build homes for low-income families.
interfaith community
LCHope is proud to collaborate with other churches in the Broomfield area. In addition to joint services, we also seek out community projects such as Growing Home, temporary housing for families.
