July Building Team Update

On Monday evening 7/17/23, the building team and IDG met to discuss the building project. Discussions centered around the results of the site survey. IDG recommended scoping the south side sewer line to verify location and integrity. The electrical panels on the north side may interfere with current design plans, but some of those panels may get removed anyway. An electrician will be needed to determine which panels can be removed. City planner has stated moving the spire will require a full variance process. There might be an alternative that the building team will explore.
