It all started when…

Natalie joined the staff as the Director of Communications in March 2024.

She grew up in Nashville, Tennessee but has lived in Colorado for the past 20 years now! She received her bachelor’s degree in art history from the University of Northern Colorado and her master’s degree in arts leadership and administration from Colorado State University.

Natalie is a long-time ELCA Lutheran, having previously worked as the Director of Communications at Trinity Lutheran Church and the Office Administrator/Handbell Director at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church in Fort Collins. Before LCHope, she was the Business Development and Marketing Manager for Arsenal Colorado (Fort Collins Soccer Club).

When not at LCHope, Natalie enjoys playing handbells with Bells of the Rockies, coaching youth soccer, going on hikes, and playing board games and video games with her husband, Jason.
